The baudrate selector/switch is used to set the default baudrate on the console, telefix, RS-232 or Current Loop (CL) interface. It's normally set to the wanted speed with this switch but can be changed by software if needed. | The data byte length (7 bits), the number of stop bits (2 bits) and even parity are always set to these standard values at reset/master clear, but can be changed by software later. |
