Description
- The ND-100 is a very versatile bus and takes a great number of different cards and cards combinations.
- However, some card positions are reserved for some special cards like CPU, MMS and trace.
- Most of the other cards depends on what kind of backwiring is mounted in that position and the wanted interrupt priority.
Position closest to the CPU (to the left) has the highest priority.
- Empty card positions must have a dummy plug inserted if there are any interface cards to the right of it.
This is required to not break the interrupt IDENT and the bus GRANT signals.
- The pictures shows a typical configuration, where backwiring is mounted for a set of interface cards (power cables removed).
