Description

  • The last and the most powerful 32 bit CPU ever made by Norsk Data, running the Sintran III OS.
  • This is the first and only PCB with components on both sides.
  • The CPU consists of a motherboard, with (up to) 6 baby modules.
    • The motherboard with connectors and the RALLAP (PCB 6201).
    • The CPU module with the large LSI gates GAMP and KUSK (PCB 6203 or PCB 6212).
    • The Floating Point Arithmetic module (PCB 6206).
    • The Data- and Instruction- cache modules (PCB 6205, PCB 6204).
    • One or two 8MB local memory modules (PCB 6202).
  • I have framed one CPU and put it up on my wall.
